Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return To start a return, you must contact us first at crystalkingdom88@outlook.com and receive approval before sending anything back. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Items must be shipped to:

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Items purchased during a livestream sale (all livestream orders are final sale — no returns or exchanges)
- Complimentary gifts or free items included with an order
- Sale items or gift cards
Exchanges To exchange an item, return the original item once approved, then place a new order separately.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at crystalkingdom88@outlook.com.
